Delivery Charges

If you are an international customer your postage rates are calculated for you at the checkout stage. Your order may be shipped in separate packages.

All goods ship form the UK and you may be liable for additional customs fees and/or import duties.

Dispatch And Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of receipt. Please Note: a ‘working day’ means a Monday to Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday. Please allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.

Postal/Shipping Times

As all our items are printed to order, we are unable to expedite the printing and dispatch process any sooner than the timings provided.

Please be aware that, in the UK under Royal Mail regulations we allow 21 days from the date of dispatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. Internationally, this time is six weeks. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
